We support tech and commerce companies with dual legal and technical expertise, from analysis to implementation.

Romain Mirabile advises and represents digital and distribution companies in both advisory and litigation matters. He addresses their technical, commercial, and structural challenges: digital contracts, personal data, intellectual property, distribution networks, general terms and conditions (GTCs), commercial practices, and compliance.
What sets him apart: beyond his legal practice, he is also a certified web developer. This dual expertise allows him to truly understand his clients' technology and delve into the core of tech challenges, where most advisors only scratch the surface. His approach is resolutely operational. He doesn't just advise: he designs tailored tools and provides end-to-end support, from legal analysis to the concrete implementation of recommendations.
